Q. What type of credit do you offer?
A. Dependant on the amount spent we offer you the choice of either 6, 9, 12 ,24 months and have Buy Now Pay Later and Interest Free Credit (subject to status).

Q. Is there a minimum order value for credit applications?
A. Yes. Credit is only available on orders of £500 or more. Example

You simply pay an initial deposit of 20% by credit or debit card and then equal monthly instalments, which will total no more than the cash price of your purchase. See the example below, which is based on the cost of the items totalling £2000 with 24 Months Interest Free Credit:

Deposit (20%): £400.00

Buy Now Pay Later

Take advantage of nothing to pay and no interest for a promotional period. At the end of the promotional period, you're in control and you can choose to pay the balance and pay no interest at all or spread the cost with monthly repayments. Interest will be charged from the end of the promotional period at 29.8% APR, you have the flexibility to vary your monthly repayment (minimum payment of 4% of the outstanding balance) without any early payment penalties.

Q. How do I apply for credit?
A. Unlike some other Bathroom sites we much prefer the personal touch where possible, either, simply call us on 01772 654807 and we will process your details live and have the finance agreement approved within 10 minutes
Q. What happens next if my application is approved?
A. If your application is approved we will confirm your order and request a 20% deposit payable by credit card. We will then send you an approved finance agreement for you to sign, date
and return to us. Upon receipt of the signed agreement we will process your order and dispatch asap. Q. Are my personal details secure?
A. Yes, our website uses the latest 256 bit high-grade encryption.
Q. What happens if my application is declined?
A. If our credit providers decline your application you will have the option of choosing an alternative method of payment (i.e. credit/debit card or cheque), if you have paid a 20% deposit this will be refunded to you.

If you wish to apply for credit please be aware of the following:
1. Our finance company will use a credit reference agency to check your credit rating in order to assess your application. The credit reference agency will keep a record of any search made.
2. In order to apply for credit you must:
• be at least 18 and under 75 years of age
• be either employed more than 16 hours per week, self-employed, retired and over the age of 50 or living with a working partner, or in receipt of an invalidity or disability allowance
• have been a UK resident for 12 months or more
• be able to make repayments by direct debit
• provide your previous address if you have lived at your current address for less than 3 years

What to do if Interest free credit is required:
1. Simply call us on 01772 654807 (Monday-Friday 9am - 5pm) and we will complete your finance agreement with you via telephone, this will take approx 10 minutes.
2. We will then process your application we will ask a series of simple questions asked by our Finance provider.
3. Please could we ask you to have your bank sort code, account number, work postcode & telephone to hand when you call, this will speed your application if you are phoning in.
