Q. How long will delivery take?
A. All in stock items will be delivered within 7 working days.

Q. Where do you deliver to?
A. We deliver to all of the UK, extra surcharges may apply, please see below.

Q. How much is delivery charge for Islands, Highlands and Republic of Ireland?
A. Please find below our delivery prices for the Northern Ireland, The Scottish Highlands and the Republic of Ireland. Unfortunately our website is not yet prepared to take the delivery charge automatically when the order is placed. You will get a call from us to take the extra charge. Please bare in mind that we do not deliver to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and the Scottish Islands. If you have any questions regarding delivery please feel free to call our sales team on 0208 207 0441 before you order,  to be sure of the charge applicable to your postcode.

Q. How do I pay for this extra delivery fee? My basket does not show this extra cost.
A. The website will only charge you standard delivery charges. We will call you within 2 working days of placing your order to take any necessary fees

Q. Will you bring my goods into my house?
A. Unfortunately our couriers are not insured to bring the goods inside your property. They will be delivered to your curbside.

Q. Do I have to check my goods as they are delivered?
A. Yes. You need to give them a sense check for damages within a reasonable time. If you cannot check them at the point of delivery please sign for them as “DAMAGED”. You then have 7 days to check the goods properly.

Q. What do I do if my items are damaged?
A. If you receive your items and they are damaged. Sign for them as damaged but accept the delivery of the goods. If you are checking the items within 7 days and find a fault please call our Customer Care Team on 0800 6510052. You will be asked to complete a short form and provide some photographic details of the damage.

Q. Can I collect from you?
A. We now do offer a collection facility, directly from our Depot in Letchworth. Kindly call us first to process your oder through to our Depot on 0208 207 0441.

Q. Do you have a Showroom where I can view the Items?
A. At the moment we do not have any showrooms, however all of our products are listed on the website.
