Q. How long will delivery take?
A. Delivery times vary depending on how busy we are. A delivery charge of £5.99 is despatched through Parcel Force and is sent on a 48hr delivery, this is 48 hours from despatch. Anything with a delivery fee of £19.99 or £49.99 is delivered by a pallet courier. When you place an order for in stock items you will receive a call within 7 days to give you a delivery date. In stock items with this delivery price are usually delivered within 7-10 days.

Q. Where do you deliver to?
A. Our standard delivery is to anywhere in the UK mainland. We deliver to Ireland and the Scottish Highlands. We do not deliver outside of the UK mainland for example Jersey, Guernsey or France. Please call us on 01772 705 256 if you have any queries.

Q. How much is delivery charge for Islands, Highlands and Republic of Ireland?
A. Please find below our delivery prices for the Northern Ireland, The Scottish Highlands and the Republic of Ireland. Unfortunately our website is not yet prepared to take the delivery charge automatically when the order is placed. You will get a call from us to take the extra charge. Please bare in mind that we do not deliver to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and the Scottish Islands. Q. How do I pay for this extra delivery fee? My basket does not show this extra cost.
A. The website will only charge you standard delivery charges. The excess will be taken when we call to arrange a delivery date.

Q. Will you bring my goods into my house?
A. Unfortunately our couriers are not insured to bring the goods inside your property. They will be delivered to your 'kerbside'.

Q. Do I have to check my goods as they are delivered?
A. Yes. You need to give them a sense check for damages within a reasonable time. If you cannot check them at the point of delivery please sign for them as “DAMAGED”. You then have 7 days to check the goods properly.

Q. What do I do if my items are damaged?
A. If you receive your items and they are damaged. Sign for them as damaged but accept the delivery of the goods. If you are checking the items within 7 days and find a fault please call our Customer Care Team on 01772 653783. You will be asked to complete a short form and provide some photographic details of the damage.

Q. Can I collect from you?
A. Due to us being based in a functioning warehouse we are unable to provide the collection option.

Q. Do you have a Showroom where I can view the Items?
A. At the moment we do not have any showrooms, however all of our products are listed on the website.

Q. Do you sell Oak Cabinets without the Basins?
A. Yes. We can deduct £30 per basin/tap combo you do not require. Simply call our Sales Team to place your order over the phone on 01772 705256.
